At the end of every month we calculate how many clicks you have received and send you an invoice along with a detailed chart that displays how many users we have attracted to your website from PPC advertising. Along with this invoice you receive a simple, but informative breakdown of statistics to show your website's traffic levels, top search terms used by users and recommendations on how we can improve things.
Set-up and pricing
Essentially you choose your monthly spend and we get as much targeted traffic to your website for that budget as possible!* This approach works for businesses of any size from the very large to the very small by working with your requirements and budget allocations. Feel free to talk to us about your needs, but as an example, we have shown below a typical budget level of 25p per click and a ceiling level of £250+VAT p/m.
(Note: You can always increase (unlimited but we will advise) or decrease (down to minimum of £150+VAT) the ceiling levels in the future to gain different traffic levels, plus as there is no minimum contract length after the initial 3 months is over, so you can also cancel the service at any time if you feel it’s not for you, with your only commitment being that the service will run for the remainder of the month! Please also note that we may increase or decrease the price per click amount without notice in order to maximise the traffic to your website).
Here's a typical example of traffic costs in the first 3 months;
Initial Payment
There is no set up fee if we set this service up for you at the same time as creating a website for you, otherwise the set up is £150+VAT . You are set up with PPC advertising on the 3 major search engines and agree to set your month spend at a ceiling of £250+VAT per month;
Month 1
580 web users in the first month means you pay £145.00+VAT
(calculated as 580 targeted visitors = 580 x 25p = £145.00+VAT)
Month 2
910 web users in the second month means you pay £227.50+VAT
(calculated as 910 targeted visitors = 910 x 25p = £227.50+VAT)
Month 3
1040 web users in the third month means you pay £250.00+VAT
(calculated as 1040 targeted visitors = 1040 x 25p = £262.50+VAT, but you only pay £250.00+VAT)
...after 4 to 6 months, your traffic level should have reached its maximum peak for these spending levels and so the website should receive these levels every month on average. You should be making a great ROI and may therefore want to increase the maximum monthly spending level to more than £250+VAT. (eg, £350, £500, £800 etc (+VAT)).

2. Kbase Connect Ltd will aim to upload website changes as soon as possible, though this will depend on current workload and the complexity of your requests.
3. A request to increase the maximum monthly spending levels will be actioned at the start of the following month.
4. Should you wish to end the service at any point, you must inform Kbase Connect Ltd in writing. The contract will then be terminated 30 days after the date of notice served. You will be liable to pay any outstanding amount owed for this period.
5. Kbase Connect reserves the right to make alterations to the package at any time without notice.
* Minimum spending levels are 25p per visitor/click and £150+VAT per month maximum spending level.
